KCRN is working with Operation Christmas Child to bring the hope and love of Jesus Christ to the children of the world. Since 1993, more than 100 million boys and girls in over 130 countries have experienced God’s love through the power of simple shoebox gifts from Operation Christmas Child.
Friday, Nov. 21 from 6:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m., bring your gift-filled shoebox to The Christian Church of San Angelo and meet KCRN’s Sharon Geiger. Get your children, your friends or your Sunday school class involved! And be sure and write a note to the child who will receive your shoebox, telling them how much Jesus loves them.
National Collection Week is November 18-25, so let’s work together starting today to bring love and the hope found only in Jesus Christ to the children of the world.
Be encouraged and be motivated to participate in this worth-while cause by watching this brief, uplifting story from Livia Satterfield. As a child, Livia received shoebox with simple gifts from a person in a distant land through Operation Christmas Child and her life was changed forever…for the better:
